Our Vacation in the Cascades, November 2007 We stayed at the Sky River Inn in Skykomish, and mostly hung out there and in the town of Index. The Cascadia Inn Cafe was our main restaurant (good people, good food), and had Mac & Jack's at the Whistle Stop Tavern.
