It looks like he's plugged in. If he is, I think that is a mistake. It it's not, it does have a little of a piezo quality to it, due to the materials. @TheCaptainW That's not the Zendrive, though it does have the similar Yin Yang symbol on it. It is a pedal made by Xotic, and I've forgotten the name, but it's basically an external effects loop with a boost function...which is, I think, to make up for the gain lost using multiple effects boxes.

I got one today and am pretty excited. I own four U.S. PRS's and have to say that in terms of quality their imports are probably the most consistent, and the most likely to be a guitar you'll still hang onto when you get a little more money or graduate to a more expensive guitar.

To my ear it's better than most of the demos I hear online, insofar as I can actually get an idea what it sounds like, and I can also hear why people would like it.

Interesting...only one comment relevant to the review. Chewing gum aside it was a reasonable demonstration of the products. There are also more video demos of this amp at Carvin.com. The one comment I thought made sense was to have Holdsworth do a demo, but most people should be aware that this g...
