MOVING ICONS are called "animated GIF" format images. (search in google, there is a lot of them) I put my moving icon long time ago, but since mid 2008, youtube don't allow to put these icons anymore. actually nobody can. only remain maybe 2000 moving icons in all youtube and we can keep them, i don't know why.
I never upload a video and i can't. the moving icon will change with the first video to upload, and it will lost it forever.
I have watched maybe 300,000 videos, my last count was 240,000.
