Page 15 proves that cloud seeding (ie weather modification) where dry ice can be used is being carried out by "more than 30 countries" . And what is dry ice? Solid carbon dioxide! Double standards I think.
Also greenhouse gas emissions from fuel consumption in international aviation, in contrast to those from domestic aviation and from energy use by airports, are not assigned under the first round of the Kyoto Protocol. Considering aviation is a major contributor to air pollution, why weren't they included? Or might this curtail the endeavours of the chemtrailing planes.....
