About Me:
I have had many people ask me what kind of ukulele I play and I have several, but my favorites and main ones I play are my soprano KoAloha (named Koko) and my KoAloha concert (named Keoki). I LOVE KoAloha ukuleles...to me, they are the best. I am saving up to get my KoAloha tenor and then my collection will be complete. :)
• Ukulele Newbie--learning on my own and have been playing just over a year, since May 2010. I'm sure enjoying this journey. I have so much to learn! Never considered myself much of a singer, but figured I needed something to go along with the uke playing. Make sure to check out Ukulele Mike's tutorials, Paxukulele (John), Richard G.'s wonderful ukulele website and of course Ukulele Underground!

• Name: My HAWAIIAN name is Kale'a (pronounced Kuh Lay' Uh) which means to bring joy; hope I can live up to it.
• FAVORITE MUSIC: Anything that I think sounds good... I love finding new up and coming artists and love watching their rise to the top! I also love watching and listening to all of the talented people on YouTube. I also love the oldies.
• MOTTO: Life is short so we all need to enjoy every aspect of it while we can and never take it for granted. And while going on this journey remember to be kind to one another because you never know what the other person may be going through. A friendly and sincere smile may be just what the other person needs to turn his/her day around.
