Man major respects to Gonzaga because he sets it straight about jiujitsu. HELIO GRACIE developed the guard as an alternate position just in case you get taken down. The bottom line is the top position is the place to be EVEN IN JIUJITSU. I love this guy.

Well he's right that is the best way to get out. Everyone wants a magical solution to get out of the triangle. Sure there are ways to "attempt" to get out. But the first thing is not letting your posture get broken down in the first place so you don't have to worry about some escape.
