Sorry, but Megan Follows wins hands down. Her Anne was played with the "spunk" that L.M. Montgomery's character Anne had in the books. This BBC version does not even come close. As for the accents, well it is supposed to be Canada after all. L.M. Montgomer's stories were set in Prince Edward ...
