I was born and raised in the Philippines.I teach and train in the fighting arts.
I was a close personal student of Lightning Scientific Arnis Grandmaster Benjamin Luna Lema I also have over thirty years cross training experience in several Filipino fighting systems, western boxing, wrestling, Kuk Sool Won and Silat.
I hold a the rank of Master in the Filipino fighting art of Lightning Scientific Arnis and am a Black Belt in the Korean art of Kuk Sool Won.
I am a former Law Enforcement Office with the British Police where I had to rely on my martial arts training in order to survive.I have also taught law enforcement personnel and close protection officers world wide (and in some of the roughest cities in the world), edged and impact weapon awareness and training.

As a personal trainer,I help individuals and groups achieve and maintain their collective and individual fitness goals, both mentally and physically, which in turn leads to a significant increase in quality of life.
I am available (schedule permitting) for seminars, personal protection consultancy, group / private lessons and edged and impact weapons awareness courses as well as advice and training in my capacity as a personal trainer and coach.
