I was curious about this, interesting lyrics, but music has no innovation for me, Black Francis and Pixies gave me surprise with sudden changes and oddity, same for Martin Gore when he started. I do no have same feelings for this, may be I'm getting old but I cannot compare..

well according to Roger Waters and the casus belli that gave start to "The Wall" concept it isn't like that, sometimes instead of leaving their mind fly they start fireworks during songs and get drunk shouting..

the keyboard player shows the great possibilities of those two new :-) instruments : mellotron and moog , after request, explaining that mellotron works nicely for laying a "background" of mousic, like a background of violins, rather than main solos..

DAvid Gilmour and also Roger Waters as well: both helped on The madcap laughs, while only Gilmour helped Syd in the second album(Barrett), where he was completely out of control... Waters could not cope with Syd at that stage
