@MrSaunter if the tires up front have too much grip, they start to dig into the sand. those puffy/chunky tires kinda bounce away, and the skinny's dont really push into the sand much so there's no resistance.

i was just in houston last month and went to the Los Magnificos car show at the Reliant Stadium. Man everyone and they grandmoms has these wheels. I swear every other custom car had them.
