I started putting on abnormal fat about 15 years ago, and little by little it just kept getting worse. I hope to release a total of 50 lbs and a whole lot of inches. I've always weighed more than my girlfriends; however, when I started gaining pounds in the beginning, they seemed to appear evenly over my body. not mainly on my midsection. My cousin turned me onto this protocol after she released 50 lbs. When she told me that her doctor put her on it, and it worked, my ears perked up.

So, here I am in all my glory, telling it like it is from my perspective and I hope to share with those who are interested what worked or didn't work for me. You probably won't be finding any recipes from me as I am trying to make this as simple as possible, which is a feat in itself. Who knows, I may mix it up a bit after I'm more familiar with the rules. Have a good one.
