Some misconceptions in the comments. The red/blue is not for 3d glasses. That is just the same gel flash covers in the standard holga cameras.

I gotta say I always thought this video looked creepy as hell, but this is probably the best modern rock song of all time. Musically is is near perfect, as if you would have to make a deal with the devil to create it.
