this guy does not know what he's doing. a fried rice is not done that way.... i'm chinese so i know. we do not throw out the oil and use only the browned garlic and ginger.. we use the oil too! and never have i heard of soy sauce being added AFTER the dish is done. this is ridiculous. you America...
