Saw the Broadway revisited version yesterday on stage at Michigan State University. Saw the movie when I was in 6th grade... the stage version left me speechless with its singing, dancing and stage sets. Definitely worth seeing live. Judy sets the standard, there's no doubt about it. But listen to Diana Krall -- she's awesome and is 'current.' All is not lost. She does such beautiful stuff.

In the early 70s I bought my first really terrific stereo outfit. The guy from the store actually came out and installed it. Then he asked me what album I wanted to play to test it out, and it was this album. One of the best guitar and vocal albums ever.
