Is this running a THC control from CandCNC? If so are you running the MIC-01 cable that connects the Hypertherm to the THC Sensor Module? CNC Plasma Cutter Build Part1
Started building this in Winter 2010, the Friday after Thanksgiving. It will cut 4' X 4' and 1" thick steel. Using a Hypertherm 45 Plasma Cutter.

Do you use 1 motor on each side for the X axis? Did you just set the settings up the same to get both motors to work together. Would it be better to have 1 motor and a jackshaft running to both side on the x axis?
