sparring except for a step in with the "chop", and follow up with a "wood" technique with the rear hand. Great pao quan application. I wish more people knew about great xing yi. You should put up some free sparring clips using xing yi. No one has really put up any good vids of free play xing yi. I plan to do so. thanks - Randy
