En France, c'est absolument faux. En France les gens sont presumes coupable et doivent prouver leur innocence. Si ils etaient presumes innocent, il n'y aurait pas ou tres peu de detention preventive. Ce qui devait etre l'exception est devenu la regle et beaucoup de gens se ret...
