Paul Williams established Kulcha Productions and, together with his brother Anthony Williams (see below), has rapidly developed a successful small independent production company operating from a co-operative warehouse space in Islington, London. Paul acts for a number of clients spanning a diverse range: from independent film companies to up-and-coming actors, as well as corporate bodies such as charities and well-known multi-national companies. The broad experience of work across these disciplines ranges from filming, editing and directing short films, promotional videos, corporate videos and actors' showreels.

Paul teaches acting to camera workshops every Monday to students at "The Method Studio" in London. Of particular achievement is the innovation and implementation of a short film within twelve weeks from conception to end result (encompassing pre-production, production and post-production), the only course of its kind in London to offer such an invaluable project to its students.
