I bet that maybe 5% of the country wants Ron Paul to be President. Probably more like 3%. Bluster can win over a few dumb guys in the short run, but Ron Paul's lack of substance will never go anywhere in a national election.

The "movement" is shrinking daily. It's certainly not what it was 3-4 months ago. I'd say "The Ron Paul Campaign Is Dead." You need substance to win. Bluster will win over a few dumb guys in the short run, but it won't win a national election.

That being said. He's still right. That's what a schtick is...an entertaining way of presenting the truth. But, keep fighting for the status quo. You'll always win if you do. Not very brave, but you'll probably be on the right side of things.

Ron Paul is as mainstream and embedded in the political system as anybody in Congress. He's a long term elected official for one of our two major political parties. He's got his schtick where he acts like he's an outsider, but he's been a part of the system all along. BULLSHIT!
