I always do ass to ground squats, or atleast past parrallel on the end of the set. My legs have grown faster than anything else on me. i usually do 4 or 5 sets with 6-10 reps on legs. works amazing. and i vary from 225 to 265 on weight.

@blaze2001 I do squats first, then leg press. Just set a new personal record of reppin 495 on leg press. I typically do 4 x 5-8 on squat, then 5 x 8-10 on leg press. then lunges and other shiz. Been working amazing for me, my legs are growing faster than anything else on me.
