I am an independent videographer and Computer Enthusiast. My new "Underground" series is here. If you have ever wondered about the parts inside your computer, or are thinking about trying to build your own, you can definitely start here. My journey began after completing my first computer upgrade back in 1998. I had a new appreciation for those "computer guys" that knew how to upgrade and repair PC's by trade and I wanted to learn more. After being disappointed by the lack of current or interesting PC Videos, I decided to do my best to bring a fresh look into the subject. I am also a reviewer for some high end PC parts manufacturers. Check out my site for the latest reviews and links to some great equipment! Help support independent video by checking out my site. All proceeds from the DVD will help continue the series.

@TheZoly13 Any passive GPU cooler is going to run fairly hot. Make sure the case has good airflow to compensate. That sounds normal for that model though.

@items419. Glad to hear of your success! We just want to share what we know so others can have that sense of accomplishment and pride of ownership that comes from building your own rig.

I booted up Crysis 2 (after some benchmarking and stress testing) and ramped everything to Very High and I sat there for hours, one eye on Crysis and one eye on my beauty. It runs all my games at max, it never gets to hot, its not to loud and it is perfect.

So thank you... Thank you so much for putting you video's up on Youtube - in high quaility, at a proffesional standard.
This computer has robbed me of many hours of sleep.
Thanks again and keep up the good work!!!

Hi, I was looking for a good gaming build. I had been looking for many weeks even months... Then one day I found you "Build a $1500 PC" I watched all the video for it and I thought this is it... This is what I'm going to build!!!

So after a very long trip down to the local PC shop I got every single componet you guys had bought. I watched you video's again and built my gaming computer step by step - exactly the way you did. And after a few hours my build was complete...

I put the finished project up on the desk and it brought a tear to my eye. I plugged it in... The moment of truth... It booted pefectly Microsoft installed 100% correctly I downloaded all the utilites and all of my games.

@MusicMan8789. Yes you can set it up that way. Having a different OS on each drive and swapping the drive is easier than creating a dual boot on a single drive.

Hi I have enjoyed all your build videos thank you
I have a question about running dual OS

I Currently have a 60gb SSD with windows 7 64 installed and a 1tb HDD for media

Thanks for your help
