I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I have been training in Qigong since I was 14years old. I am 35 years old now.
When I was 17 I began training in Kenpo Karate. I spent over twelve years training in Kenpo Karate and started training in Yang Style Taijiquan - not Tai Chi Chuan when I was 18. Almost 9 years ago now, I discovered a group in Winnipeg that trained in Baguazhang. I have not looked back since and have had the amazing fortune to begin training in Chen Style Taiji and Six Harmony Xingyi. I kept running into people that were interested in learning Qigong and Baguazhang and after much discussion a head nod from my own teacher started a small class about a couple of years ago.I consider it an exceptional privilege to be able to learn the Internal Arts and am grateful that I have such great people to train with and share with. The videos I post here are mainly for myself, entirely for demonstration purposes and to help everyone in my class. Feedback is of course very welcome.
