About this user

After helping friends and former clients get started and become successful in Personal Training I found out that my techniques for achieving both freedom and success could be duplicated by anyone. From there I decided to create Super-Trainer, because I have a passion for whats possible in this field that I really wanted to share.

This is my way to improve the profile of this industry, improve the quality of training for clients everywhere, and bring a more positive outlook to trainers everywhere (and get my name out there in the process, of course). I also want to introduce you to some of the best people in the industry, the ones that really get it. And through these profiles I always make sure I pull out the nuggets of information that cut through the rhetoric.

I look for the critical thinking and implementable principles that will help you get the same quality of results.
