材料：砂糖、桂圓肉、小湯圓

做法：

1.桂圓肉先入鍋中煮到滾，再加入適量的糖，煮成桂圓風味的甜湯­。

2.另準備一鍋滾水，將小湯圓放入烹煮，略搖晃鍋子避免湯圓沾底­，續煮到湯圓浮起，再續煮到湯圓漲大。

3.把煮好的湯圓撈起來放入甜湯中即可。

桂圓可以增添湯頭的清甜，在冬天也有滋補...
