I am a 35-year-old Mexican-American Republican now living in Arlington, Va., but calling Little Rock, Ark., home.

I have worked on a presidential campaign, a political convention and on Capitol Hill. I have also dabbled in television journalism and coaching volleyball.

I am now looking forward to the next generation of Republican leaders - namely us grandchildren of Reagan.
