Robin ist ein charmanter und begeisterungsfähiger Mensch. Er sprüht geradezu vor Energie und steht immer gerne im Mittelpunkt. Er liebt die Abwechslung - beruflich wie privat. Mit seinem Optimismus und dem festen Glauben an seine eigenen Fähigkeiten steuert er konsequent Veränderungen an und ist immer auf der Suche nach Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Seine hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind ihm dabei von großem Nutzen. Neugierig und offen geht er auf die Welt zu und meistert neue Situationen mit viel Improvisationstalent und Einfallsreichtum. Eine große Anzahl an Hobbys prägen seine Freizeit; Robin reist auch liebend gerne, um möglichst vielfältige Eindrücke zu sammeln. Im Entdecken neuer Möglichkeiten ist er unschlagbar. Im Beruf schätzt Robin Herausforderungen und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben. Routine und Detailarbeit kann er nicht ausstehen. Am liebsten verblüfft er alle mit dem kühnen Entwurf für ein originelles neues Projekt und überlässt dann anderen dessen konkrete Umsetzung. Hierarchien, Regeln und Vorschriften reizen ihn zum Widerspruch und er liebt es, das System zu überlisten. Für ihn ist es lebensnotwendig, dass ihm seine Arbeit Spaß macht; ist dies der Fall, wird er schnell zum reinsten Workaholic. Seine Kreativität kommt am besten bei möglichst selbständiger Arbeit zum Tragen; er kann aber auch sehr gut andere motivieren und mit seiner optimistischen Art mitreißen. Vor allem konzeptionelle oder beratende Tätigkeiten liegen Robin sehr. Gelegentlich fühlen sich manche Menschen durch seine flexible und spontane Art allerdings auch etwas überfahren. Seine Geselligkeit und seine Unternehmungslust sorgen dafür, dass Robin immer einen großen Bekannten- und Freundeskreis hat, in dem Aktivität groß geschrieben wird. Da er meist guter Laune ist, ist er ein begehrter und gern gesehener Gast. Nörgeleien oder Griesgrämigkeit sind ihm fremd. Allerdings neigt er dazu, ein wenig sprunghaft und unstet zu sein, wenn es um Verpflichtungen geht, was ihn für manche unzuverlässig erscheinen lässt. Auch die Risikobereitschaft und die oft verrückten Spontanaktionen von Robin stellen eher traditionalistisch geprägte Typen manchmal vor Probleme. Wer aber genügend Flexibilität und Toleranz für ihn aufbringt, der wird sich mit ihm nie langweilen und in ihm immer einen loyalen und treuen Partner finden.
