About Me:
I enjoy designing and building electronics, I love the logical precision of electronic engineering and the fact that if something doesn't work there's always a reason.
I enjoy using old technology as well as new technology. Retro gaming consoles are a thing of beauty, and simply because they are old does not mean that we should simply depreciate them. When you love a piece of technology you shouldn't just drop it when the next great thing comes along.
From about the age of 7 I've been an Atari ST user. I had a 520 STFM which had the built in floppy drive, but I also had an external floppy drive to reduce disk swapping in games with more than one floppy (such as Monkey Island). It used a 4MB memory expansion card, a Philips CM8833-MkII monitor, and a 12-pin dot matrix printer. I loved my Atari and I have very fond memories of it.
