Krasimir Parvanov Bulgaria - Singer/Songwriter
About Me:
I was born in Sofia - Bulgaria in 1961. I was baptized in orthodox christian religion on the ninth of may 1962 in the chirch "S-t Sofia".
Have lived many places around in this country of mine. Finished a french-language school in Varna in 1980 (a city near on the Black Sea cost) and there I learned to play guitar. Never took lessons - I learned by myself and from friends. I play since 1976 and make my own songs since 1979. In high school I played in a band with friends. Still regret for this great time when we had awful guitars-surrogates, but we were full with energy and music.
Then I finished a high medical school and became a physician, and worked in several towns as a doctor. Even I worked five and a half years as a military doctor in a unit of the Bulgarian Army (but this is another story ;-)
Changed a lot of works, but never changed the love for the guitar playing and the song making!
Since the beginning of 2009 I have a wonderful Gibson Acoustic SJ 200 Custom Elite that I call "M-R GIBS" He is a real treasure. This is THE GUITAR! He is challenging me to be better and better!
Since the beginning of march 2010 I have my "THE GALE" guitar - a special custom Orchestra Model Martin replica (canadian red ceder top, east indian rosewood back & sides) guitar, made especially for me by the brilliant blgarian master luthier Galin Penev in Kazanlak.
Since the begining of march 2011 I have another guitar made especially for me as a custom by Galin Penev and this is a classical instrument - nilon strings, spruce top, east indian back & sides, mahogany/maple several plyes neck, hand metal-carved keys, ebony fretboard and brige. This guitar also has her vname - "The White Queen". Amazing instrument!
So - here I am. Making songs and recording my own videos in the kitchen, in the hall, in the bedroom...
I don't make money with that, I even don't play before audience.
But I can not stop doing it - this is deep inside me.

4. Yamaha acoustic-electric FG-411C MAB steel strings - "The Song Maker"
5. "Santini" collapsible guitar steel strings - "The Stick"
6. Ibanez "Montage" hybrid guitar - I call it "Noisy" - this is a defective guitar and the electronic is fucked up so it makes a lot of noise... I don't like that, that's why I am selling this guitar out now.
