hadija began painting at the age of 12, selling her first painting at an art gallery in Warren, Ohio. Khadija has always enjoyed using bold colors from vibrant oranges and reds to deep ocean blues which shows throughtout all her artwork. Khadija is a self- taught artist and has had affiliation with A.B.E.A. an African American Art Advocacy organization based in Milwaukee, WI. She has had an opportunity to display her artwork at the Inova/ Zelazo - Mary L. Nohl Galleries as well as having participation to sell and display her artwork at the Milwaukee Museum of Art, Milwaukee, WI. Khadija continues to work and create her artwork in Phoenix, Arizona.
