The first 30 seconds set this song up so well. The organ solo at the 2:50 mark is awesome. This song wasn't one of my favorite Funk songs but even their worst effort is better than most of the crap today.

Wow! Only 130 views since March 10, 2011. These three guys had more talent than most groups today. Lots of music from three instruments and what energy. They didn't have to dance or do acrobatics or have hype to be popular in their day; just GREAT music!

Thank you. This is one of THE BEST EVER instrumentation pieces. The drumming would be difficult to reproduce accurately live and the rest of the group is awesome It's too bad that the song wasn't 60 minutes long! This was when Chicago REALLY rocked.

Hello from a Yooper. That's a nice school of perch. They needed a little training on biting but eventually learned well. Nice to hear Joe Satriani playing Flying in a Blue Dream;perfect song. I can't wait for the spring bite. Thanks for showing me your technique.

This is one of the best synthesizer/drum pieces ever. This should have gotten more play time. The rest of the album is also top caliber. Thanks for allowing me to hear it again! Wakemam at his finest.

Male choirs sure make a powerful song even more powerful. I was at a Promise Keepers event where 60,000 men sung Christian songs in the Pontiac Silverdome. It was awesome. It will be even more awesome in Heaven.

If Iron Butterfly had not recorded the original, this would have been very remarkable. It's still fun. I enjoy the orchestration. When do they get breaths? It covers well.
Thanks.

I had this album back in college. It was awesome then and still is. Upper Michigan doesn't hear music like this enough. It's still hard to just listen and not get up and start dancing or just go bananas. Thank you.

For pure pleasure, this is the best version. If you've ever been on a sleigh, sled, skis, or any other snow sliding device, this says it all. Faster, smoother with a bit of danger and a horse laugh at the end. Thank you for posting this. The picture slideshow was perfect!
The best heavy song of its day. I saw them perform in Marquette, Michigan in the 70's but something happened with the sound system. It was a shame because all of the vocals were distorted and actually hurt. But the drum solo made everything alright. The drums were tuned as the drummer played. I'v...
