MajulaaJee, you are a great cook. One bengali tips that I learnt from my grandmom. She always put nakuldana inside the balls. It makes rasgullas much better. Nakuldanas are very small balls of sugar. I am not sure they are available outside bengal or not.

@moricestreet909 mmm... I kinda follow different pattern. I take sweet before workout. especially they day I do heavy cardio, I always have high carbs before it. It helps me with energy.

Now a days, I am sticking to running on treadmil on interval training. running at high speed and then reducing the speed srustically for sometime.
