There is something seriously wrong with mw3 mp. My internet speed is not really slow (about 6Mbps) yet I die almost instantly when i see an enemy. U might say I suck, but I used to do way better on mw2 i had a kdr of about 1.8. The mw has seriously deteriorated, I think Im a Battlefield fan here ...
