how do you learn this? I use mission proto vi hockey skates and can sometimes wheel for like 5 seconds in a straight line, but no idea how you go through cones! is it best to learn going slow or fast? and I guess just practice practice practice!

That is Sik, I can do grapvine and the backwards to forwards movment of this but as soon as I try and go from forwards to backwards my other wheels touch the ground.
