It's hard to judge acting when both actors are forced to stand stationary in front of a mic and 3/4 of the shots don't show their faces. My main complaint about Jonas's version is how clipped his words sound. He may be doing it for effect but it ends up sounding like he's running out of breath....

Each signer brings her own unique style to the song. Christina's is amazing, but she is clearly singing as Christina, not Mulan. Personally, I find that some of the emotion is lost between the belting and the trills, but that's just me. As for which of the two is more technically complex... yo...
