Only when we travel through the spaces between the spaces do we see the doors of perception all around us, arcane doors that conceal the mysteries of the universe. There are ways to open the hidden doors, ways that 'they' don't want us to experience. These are the doors that they're afraid to go in, and they don't want us to go in there either because if we do we might learn something that they don't know. And that makes us a little out of their control.
