Just picked up a Talo edition 10/22 which came equiped with an ATI folding stock. Really a nice stock.
Was gonna a get stock gun and modify but then I have a stock that will never be used. This was easier.

I was at a gun show yesterday and checked out both. The keltec felt like junk to me. The Ruger was built like a tank. Overall quality was not even close. I also don't agree with the chamber indicator and safety comments.I like both and would rather have both. Needless to say I bought the LC9.
