I had the same problem with accidentally bending the end of the blades where the cutting edges come ot a point when I reinserted them into the plastic container; replaced them with new blades...haven't had a chance to shoot them yet; pertaining to the 'loose screw' problem...use a small allen wre...
this is basically Hornady Critical Defense FTX in a different color and packaging, hence the less than 12" penetration, which is marketed toward the civilian shooter (shoot-n-scoot)
