Very impressive pole tricks. Don't try this at home without a few years of experience or you will hurt yourself.

few years experience??? I've been dancing for 6 months and can do 90% of all that .... the only shit I can't do is splits - it takes skill, strength and willingness to learn not years

The only time it becomes interesting is from 5:09 to 6:22 other that lame -- I'm a pole dancer and could do more blindfolded than that.
