Fort Collins Z Smoked Amber Lager
Rauchbier dates back to the 1500's in Bamberg Germany when malt was often dried over the flames of a Beechwood fire. Our Z Lager was crafted to be smoky and palateable. Slight caramel undertones and a bright amber color compliment the lingering smoke flavors. The perfect companion to a good meal.

Fort Collins Brewing Rocky Mountain IPA An IPA by definition is liberally hopped and higher in alcohol. We made Rocky Mountain IPA by dry hopping for an intense floral aroma and adding a generous helping of malt to create a backbone stable enough to support the characteristic bitterness of the beer, 6.2% ABV 80 IBUs

New Belgium Belgo Belgian Style IPA
When we set out to brew, we use imagination and salvation to guide us- not necessarily style guidelines. It's the Belgian way. So, Ameri-Belgo and IPA both being styles, the branding begged for New Belgium whimsy to liven things up. Hmmm Belgo sounds like a Belgian disco. Hops like to party. Next thing you know, we bust out a disco-ball and brewers started groovin. Hops started hoppin. Add in an authentic Trappist yeast strain and the place brewed into a frenzy of citrus hoppy folly.

Ayinger Jahrhundert-Bier
Bottom-fermented, light-colored export beer Alcohol content: 5.5 % Original wort: 12.8
This beer was first brewed in 1978 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of our brewery. It has a golden-yellow color with a slightly flowery yeast, honey-ish aroma, tastes a little spicy and is full-bodied in initial taste, mild before swallowing and soft with a refined sparkle and fades with a well-balanced hint of bitterness. It is an especially drinkable and harmonious beer. Conrad Seidl, known as the Austrian "Pope of Beers", on the Jahrhundert-Bier: "It is a malty beer that pronounces the precious earthy quality of malted barley." Dortmunder / Export Lager
