  When it comes to composition, I try to visualize what the end product will be, then wrangle it in with the rule of thirds. This changes a lot while I work, as you probably know, since I tend to flip the composition around a bit and use the distort tool.

  Everything you see here is real time without editing. I usually take anywhere from 5-8 hours on a piece, depending on how interested I am/how much detail is required. If I get into a good groove, I can usually knock out pieces more quickly.
