http://www.birthd... #66 Knowing how to false shuffle a deck of cards is an invaluable tool to add to your magician's toolbag. There are so many times that you will get a audience member who just won't be satisfied with your handling of the deck. They will insist you mix up the cards again.
There are ways to handle this other than agreeing to their request, but this is an easy way to keep them happy. What is so nice about this overhand false shuffle is that it is just that, an overhand shuffle, which is one of the common that a non magician would use. So to them it will seem all fair and above board.
