ya its a wonderful construction,a unique building built by kengal hanumantayya the first C.M of karnataka.another one just beside this building is vikasa saudha which is also very nice.

the bird which is making that sweet sound is called kogile a very authentic name in kannada.which is a great inspiration for lot of poets to their work.
