Concerning a nonexistent problem of ORV abuse: Some anti ORV people use all the current buzz words and phrases that catch the attention of policy makers and twist reality into a perspective friendly to their cause. I'm tired of those noisy old busybodies who kick up way too much dust about ORVs. They have created a community problem out of their own personal inability to interact with their neighbors. They want others through government action, to deal with a personal nuisance with draconian laws that effect every law abiding citizen but have no effect on those who never follow the laws anyway. There are avenues to address personal nuisance that does not infringe upon the rights of others and the peaceful assembly of those who use this area for legitimate recreational purposes.
