I found it in a book years ago and decided tonight to look it up on youtube...I find the video Mantak Chia - Microcosmic Orbit _clip 23 (the first one I stumbled on) very informative despite the low quality I could still make out clearly what the technique was about...it has given me a new dimension to my microcosmic orbit...thanks again.

You are a soul in this Universe with me, and I just want you to know all sides of the truth. I think Eckhart Tolle constructs barriers around people, giving them a new philosophy and perspective. The thought he sends is that, "The Present Moment is symbolic, and this moment is represented as a Christ Metaphor." When he teaches these things, he also dives into Buddhism and Islam, super-imposing these philosophies over Christianity. Just be careful.
