Come on children! Get your facts straight! Not that it really matters which song came out first! Both songs (Hot Issue and Oh!) are awesome! But for the record, Hot issue was released first (June 18, 2009) and Oh! was released afterwards (January 25, 2010).

Anybody remember the artwork from the lyric sheet from the original triple-album, "Sandinista!"? There was a drawing of a guy washing his face in the toilet, which illustrated the third line of this song - "Cold water in the face".

They have truly fostered the people. It's been almost 3 years and this song is still going strong. Even my grandfather is humming to it!

@beans5120 The first version of Heart To Heart was released sometime in April, 2011 and 4Minute wore those shirts first during their Comeback stage performance. Then 3 months later, 2NE1 wore the same shirts.
