For the last 5 years I've been writing cookbooks and teaching college and university students how to cook. Why?
Because in my third year at university I went off the meal plan and experienced what many of you have or will soon experience during your time at college or university.

That is...being responsible for the first time in your life for preparing (and buying) your own meals.

It sort of sucks not knowing how to cook in that situation so the videos I share are to help those of you who are starting out in kitchen..
