Blue Wind Noriko Part IV continues to upward trend as being a very solid album, the songs get better and I have no problem listening to the entire album again, I give it 4 out 5 stars.
In Snowflakes is Noriko's 12th album from 1996 and it's a masterpiece, a mature and softer sounding Nori-P comes out strong with a new tone that works well, nearly all of the 14 tracks a worthy of multiple listens through and you will be going back to this album often, better yet, the album ends with Nori-P's biggest hit Aoi Usagi (Blue Rabbit) 5 out of 5 stars, one of the best JPOP albums of the 1990s for sure!
Workout Fine, Noriko Sakai's last original album is a HUGE step backwards from In Snowflakes, the songs come out flat and there is no feeling or energy in hardly any of the songs, 1.5 stars out of 5, one of her weakest; very disappointing.
I'll tell you about her other albums when I get them, I want to collect all her albums eventualy, I have half of them now.

After listening to all the albums I just got here's what I have to say about them.
Fantasia Noriko Part I, starts of strong with her first single "Want to be a boy", from there it's hit and miss with about half the rest of the album worth listening to after the first run, I give it 2.5 out of 5 stars.
Noriko Special is a mini album released towards the end of 1987 and is all around a weak album, about 3 of the tracks are worth listening to, big disapointment, I give it just 2 out of 5 stars.
Gaunbare Noriko Part II is a better all around album but still lacks consistency, I give it 3 out of 5 stars.
Lovely Times Noriko Part III is a stronger album, many of the songs show great energy and are fun to listen to, I give this 3.5 out of 5 stars.  Will Continue

Noriko got better and better with each album, she's an outstanding singer who I wish will return to singing soon, her 25th debut anniversary is fast approaching and it would make me sad for that time to pass with silence.

Six months before Yukiko Okada passed away, Sun Records took out an insurance policy on their top idol singer, grabbing up the best idol prospect they could find, moving this new prospect to Tokyo from way on the south end of Japan, having her live at the residence of the president of Sun Records, and enrolling her at a private Jr High School in downtown Tokyo near Sun Records. They knew some day this new prospect would be their next big idol star, and they were right. That new prospect, the insurance policy that unfortunately had to be cashed in early but paid dividends for Sun in the long run was none other then Noriko Sakai.
