I am an artist, which isn't something that you can wash off in the shower or, contrary to what art schools may claim, train yourself to become. It is something you are born with, and if you are fortunate enough to live through a childhood of being bullied and picked on, rejected and made fun of, the payoff is gigantic. I have managed to live my life unapologetically, unrepentantly, and undauntedly the way I wanted, and I have managed to hone all the skills I ever desired to become proficient at. I have also lived through some of the most fun, exciting, and priceless life experiences that most people can only dream about. I could die any day and I would feel I have lived more than my share of a full and rewarding life, but I'm still here so what the Hell. I keep learning new things, trying out new skills and exploring new interests. I never get bored and I wouldn't trade places with one person living or dead on the Earth or beyond. I'm no millionaire, but I'm no starving artist either. The friends I have are solid, and I have no time for people who have no appreciation for the three colors and twelve notes that I use daily in my life. I guess my friend Dino summed it up best when his landlord asked, "what's up with that Kipp dude"? Dino simply said "He's one weird motherfucker, and there's no stopping him".
I find the work of Quentin Tarantino, Stephen King, and Pearl jam more boring than a Tupperware party.
