@25sunnyd easy off. u can get it from walgreens k mart walmart. all pharmacy's its a kitchen stove cleaner. spray it on the bill put the bill in the microwave for ten seconds. take it out and whipe it with baby wipes. it removes all the ink off the note and youll have a blank bill
