@snakefr3ak exactly! it's the grand daddy of re-distribution/recycling/renewal of matter. at least so for the systems we now see and comprehend. there could be larger systems out there way beyond our perception, but that's just too abstract.

@Jammieg001 that's a very good observation, i thought about that too. if you've been able to look at recent pictures of black holes, you'll see those exact jets you're referring to. these photos have been taking fairly recently, since scientists didn't have the means of observing them before.
